发挥现有轧机的潜在能力是提高轧钢生产的主要途径之一,为此需对轧机进行研究分析,以便在另件强度及电机容量允许的条件下尽可能地强化轧制过程,合理安排生产使产量提高。 由于轧制理论的限止,目前最可靠的研究方法是对轧机追行测定,并在实验数据的基础上再进行理论分析。 本文介绍了我们对1000初轧机测定研究的情况,研究所用的方法,及测量用的仪器及装置,最后并列出了对实验数据初步加工的结果。
