为考察麝香保心丸精制中间品(以下称精制中间品)对急性心肌梗塞(心梗)大鼠的心肌保护作用,将大鼠30只随机分为3组,每组10只,分别作为空白对照组和给予麝香保心丸16mg/kg、精制中间品35.5mg/kg。连续灌胃3天后制成心梗模型,结扎1、2、3h 后采血,测定血清中游离心肌肌钙蛋白 T(TnT)含量和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)及其同工酶 MB(CK-MB)的活性;3h 后处死大鼠,测定心梗面积。结果表明,精制中间品和原剂型均可显著降低血清中游离 TnT 含量和 LDH、CK 及 CK-MB 的活性,显著减小心梗面积。结论:麝香保心丸精制中间品对急性心梗大鼠有显著的保护作用,与原剂型相比无显著性差异。
In order to investigate the myocardial protective effect of the middle product of Ruanbaoxin Pills refining (hereinafter referred to as refined intermediate product) on acute myocardial infarction (MI) rats, 30 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 in each group as blanks. In the control group, 16 mg/kg of Shexiang Baoxin Pill and 35.5 mg/kg of refined intermediate product were administered. After 3 consecutive days of intragastric administration, an infarct model was established. Blood was collected after 1, 2 and 3 h of ligation. Serum free troponin T (TnT) content, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), and creatine kinase (CK) were measured. The activity of isozyme MB (CK-MB) was killed after 3 h and the area of myocardial infarction was measured. The results showed that both refined intermediates and original dosage forms significantly reduced serum free TnT content and LDH, CK, and CK-MB activity, and significantly reduced infarct size. Conclusion: The middle product of Shexiang Baoxin Pills has a significant protective effect on acute myocardial infarction rats, and there is no significant difference compared with the original dosage form.
