共文化服务体系建设是我国在新时期开展的文化建设举措,也是图书馆提升自身,扩大社会影响,充分发挥公共服务作用的良好机遇。文化信息资源共享工程资源建设和服务机制的完善对公共文化服务体系的建设有相当的潜力。构建一个以基层群众为服务对象的的公共文化服务体系,延伸公共图书馆服务功能,并且让基层群众享受到我们的服务,充分体现以人为本的思想。这样才能建设好健全的新农村新牧区,从而能很好的服务于公共文化服务体系。
The construction of a co-culture service system is a measure for our country’s building of culture in the new era. It is also a good opportunity for libraries to enhance themselves, expand their social influence and give full play to the role of public service. The construction of resources for cultural information resources sharing and the improvement of service mechanism have considerable potential for the construction of public cultural service system. We should build a public cultural service system that targets grassroots people, extend the service functions of public libraries, and allow grass-roots people to enjoy our services and fully embody the people-oriented thinking. In order to build a sound new rural pastoral areas, which can serve the public good service system.
