目的建立同时测定工作场所空气中二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、1,2-二氯乙烷、四氯化碳、三氯乙烯和四氯乙烯6种卤代烃类化合物的气相色谱法。方法用活性炭管采集空气样品,二硫化碳解吸后,经DB-5毛细管色谱柱分离,注入带氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)的气相色谱仪进行分析,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果六种化合物在本法条件下分离效果好,相关系数r均在0.9999以上,最低检出浓度为1~5 mg/m3,解吸效率为86.1%~96.9%,相对标准偏差0.58%~5.5%。样品在活性炭管中稳定,至少可保存10 d。结论该方法具有较好的精密度与准确度,适合于工作场所空气中6种卤代烃类化合物的同时测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a gas chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of six halogenated hydrocarbons such as dichloromethane, trichloromethane, 1,2-dichloroethane, carbon tetrachloride, trichlorethylene and tetrachlorethylene in the air of the workplace. Methods Air samples were collected by activated charcoal tube. After the carbon disulfide was desorbed, it was separated by DB-5 capillary column and injected into the gas chromatograph with hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID). The retention time was qualitative and the peak area was quantified. Results The results showed that the six compounds had good separation efficiency under the conditions of this method with correlation coefficients r over 0.9999, minimum detectable concentrations from 1 to 5 mg / m3, desorption efficiencies from 86.1% to 96.9% and relative standard deviations from 0.58% to 5.5% . The sample is stable in a charcoal tube and can be stored for at least 10 days. Conclusion The method has good precision and accuracy and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of six halogenated hydrocarbons in the air of the workplace.
