自1988年以来,我县培养卫生技术人才1524人,其中县卫生学校培养654人;送医学院校定向委培66人;培训乡村医生803人,采取的措施是:一是开办医士中专班,利用县卫生学校,招收无中专学历的在职职工和农村初中毕业生。学制三年,毕业发给省教委验印的中专毕业证书。1988年到1992年招收学员654人,其中已有182名毕业,被充实到了乡、村两级卫生组 Since 1988, the county has trained 1,524 health technicians, including 654 in county health schools, 66 in targeted medical colleges, and 803 in rural doctors.
