语文教育的基本性质是语言的教育,口语训练、有声语言的交际训练须引起足够的重视。在《普通话水平测试大纲》侧重普通话语音规范性考察的方针指引下,口语教学着重语音系统辨正,不少普通话教材也是语音占很大比重,词汇语法篇幅极少,还有一些“普通话教程”只谈语音,词汇语法只字不提。就汉语教学的这些问题,作者从三个方面谈了自己的思考:(1)通语教育重书面语,对外汉语重口语;(2)普通话水平测试重语音,词汇和语法往往处于“受冷落”状态;(3)对外汉语口语教学不单重视语音,而且重视词汇和语法的做法值得肯定和借鉴。
The basic nature of Chinese education is that language education, oral training and communicative training in phonetic language must be given sufficient attention. Under the guideline of “Putonghua Proficiency Test Outline” focusing on the study of normative study of Putonghua speech, oral teaching focuses on recognizing and recognizing the phonetic system. Many Putonghua teaching materials also account for a large proportion of pronunciation, with very few vocabulary and grammars, and some “mandarin tutorials ”Talk about pronunciation, vocabulary grammar without mentioning.
