清真食品是指按照回族等有清真饮食习惯的少数民族生活习惯生产、加工、储运、销售的食品。由于清真食品的民族性和文化性以及其独特的制作过程不仅使其成为穆斯林的生活必需品,近年来也受到广大非穆斯林的青睐。面对庞大的国际清真食品市场,我国的出口现状却不容乐观。宁夏回族自治区以其独特的优势在清真食品行列成绩突出但也不能摆脱我国清真食品出口不尽如人意的境况,针对这一问题,本文以宁夏回族自治区的清真食品业为例,分析我国清真食品出口存在的主要问题和解决措施。
