对于测量煤泥、纸浆、污泥等高浓度粘稠物料在输送管道中的压力,普通的压力传感器不能适用。为此我们研制出了一种新型的专用于测量此类物料管道压力的传感装置,实验表明该传感装置完全适用于测量高浓度粘稠物料的管道压力。本文给出该传感装置的静态标定和动态标定过程及其结果,并进行了分析。
For the measurement of slime, pulp, sludge and other high concentrations of viscous material in the pipeline pressure, the general pressure sensor can not be applied. To this end, we have developed a new type of sensing device designed to measure the pressure of such material pipes. Experiments show that the sensing device is perfectly suitable for measuring the pipeline pressure of highly viscous materials. This paper gives the static calibration and dynamic calibration of the sensing device and its results, and analyzes.
