本研究采取单案例研究方法,通过对铁法煤业集团小青煤矿的岗位价值精细管理模式的分析,探索企业岗位价值管理的动机,创新模式及应用价值。研究表明,与企业战略定位息息相关的SPC人本精细管理体系、全员目标成本管理、全面预算管理的协同效应的发挥,可以有效提升企业的精细化管理水平。本研究对小青矿“1+2岗位价值精细管理”的创新性和普适性做出概述,并且提出此模式优势以及推广方式的步骤,为煤炭行业进行精细化管理提出了可行性方案。
This study adopts a single case study method to explore the motivation, innovation mode and value of post value management of enterprises through the analysis of the fine management of post value in Xiaoqing Coal Mine of Tiefa Coal Industry Group. The research shows that SPC human-based fine management system, full target cost management and full budget management play a key role in the strategic positioning of enterprises, which can effectively improve the level of refined management of enterprises. This research gives an overview of the innovation and universality of “1 + 2 post value fine management” in Xiaoqing Mine and puts forward the advantages of this mode and the steps of promotion mode, and puts forward the feasibility for the fine management of the coal industry Program.
