1991年11月30日,哈尔滨工业大学的一批国家发明奖、科技进步奖与发明专利获得者欢聚一堂,举行了哈工大发明协会成立大会。黑龙江省教委和哈尔滨市经委的领导出席了会议,并讲了话。会议由发明协会秘书长梁玉福主持,强文义副校长宣布了发明协会领导成员名单,名誉会长为杨士勤、名誉副会长为强文义、洪晶,会长为王仲仁、副会长为张乃通、李效韩、刘树春。会长、国际布鲁寒尔金奖获得者王仲仁教授在会上作了“增强发明创新意识,加速成果转化”的报告,副会长刘树春副教授
On November 30, 1991, a group of National Invention Awards, Science and Technology Progress Awards and Invention Patent winners from Harbin Institute of Technology gathered together and held the inaugural meeting of the HIT. Leaders of the Heilongjiang Education Commission and the Harbin Economic Commission attended the meeting and spoke. The conference was presided over by Liang Yufu, the secretary-general of the Association for Inventions.
