随着农村人民生活水平的提高,农民群众对自身健康问题的日益关注,必然对乡镇卫生院医生的专业技能水平和服务质量提出了更高的要求。笔者通过对相关文献的梳理,结合新疆乡镇卫生院医生培训的实际情况,了解到当前新疆乡镇卫生院医生培训存在诸多问题亟待解决,如培训机会有限且培训速度过快,培训缺乏相应的考核评价机制等。据此,笔者提出了乡镇卫生院医生培训的对策路径,构建以政府为主导的培训保障体系以增加培训机会,建立完善的考核评价机制以及激励制度等。
With the improvement of people’s living standard in rural areas, the peasants and masses are paying more and more attention to their own health problems. Therefore, higher requirements for the professional skills and service quality of doctors in township hospitals are bound to be raised. Through combing related literatures and combining with the actual situation of doctor training in township hospitals in Xinjiang, the author understands that there are many problems to be solved in current training of doctors in township hospitals in Xinjiang. For example, the training opportunities are limited and the training speed is too fast, and the training lacks the corresponding appraisal Mechanism and so on. Based on this, the author puts forward the countermeasures of doctors training in township hospitals, constructs a training guarantee system dominated by the government so as to increase training opportunities and establish a sound assessment and evaluation system and incentive system.
