本文以ＨＳＶ－１为抗原，用酶免疫法（ＥＩＡ）检查了捕自云南的２１９９只恒河猴Ｂ病毒相关抗体，查出相关抗体阳性动物９８１只（４４６％）。在≤２岁，２１～４０岁，４１～６５岁和＞６５岁四个年龄组动物中，相关抗体阳性率分别为２０９％，４１１％，７４１％和９０７％，四个组之间差异极显著（Ｐ＜００１）。在≤２岁的动物中，雌猴的相关抗体阳性率明显高于雄猴（Ｐ＜００５）。检查了产地明确的云南九个地州的３０群（６７７只）动物，九个地州均查出Ｂ病毒相关抗体阳性动物，阳性率从９１％～７０５％。在３０个猴群中，均有相关抗体阳性动物分布，阳性率从６７％～１００％。结果表明：在我省野生恒河猴中普遍存在Ｂ病毒相关抗体阳性动物，阳性动物的分布有地区差异和群间差异。Ｂ病毒相关抗体阳性率随动物年龄的增长而增高。在≤２岁的动物中，相关抗体阳性率与性别有关。 In this paper, 2199 Rhesus monkey B virus-related antibodies captured from Yunnan were detected by enzyme immunoassay (EIA) using HSV-1 as an antigen, and 981 (44.6%) related antibodies were detected. The positive rates of the antibodies were 209% and 411% in the four age groups ≤2 years, 21 ~ 40 years, 41 ~ 65 years and> 65 years respectively, , 741% and 907% respectively. There was significant difference among the four groups (P <001). In ≤2 year old animals, the relative positive rate of the female monkey was significantly higher than that of the male monkey (P <005). 30 groups (677 animals) of nine prefectures and prefectures in Yunnan Province were examined. B virus-related antibody positive animals were detected in all nine prefectures. The positive rate was from 91% to 705%. In 30 groups of monkeys, there was distribution of related antibody-positive animals, the positive rate was from 6  7% to 100%. The results showed that B virus-associated antibody-positive animals were widespread in wild Rhesus macaques of our province. There were regional differences and inter-population differences in the distribution of positive animals. The positive rate of B virus-related antibodies increases with the age of the animals. In animals <2 years of age, the positive rate of the antibody was related to sex.
