本文介绍一种测定小鼠血浆中己糖激酶活力的光电比色法。其优点为材料易得、操作简便、敏感和特异。利用本法测得17只正常小鼠血浆HK活力为2.15±1.50IU,28只腹水型肝癌小鼠HK活力为16.20±4.99IU。两组的HK活力之间差异极其显著。在癌细胞增殖过程中,HK水平的动态变化曲线与增殖细胞数目-时间曲线十分一致;提示HK是癌细胞增殖过程的一个有用的生化标志。对本法及上述结果的潜在应用也进行了讨论。
This article describes an electrophotometric method for the determination of hexokinase activity in mouse plasma. Its advantages are the availability of materials, easy operation, sensitivity and specificity. Using this method, the plasma HK activity of 17 normal mice was 2.15±1.50 IU, and the HK activity of 28 ascites liver cancer mice was 16.20±4.99 IU. The difference in HK vitality between the two groups is extremely significant. In the process of cancer cell proliferation, the dynamic curve of HK level is very consistent with the proliferative cell number-time curve, suggesting that HK is a useful biochemical marker for cancer cell proliferation. The potential applications of this law and the above results are also discussed.
