本实验研究了猪苓提取物对小鼠肉瘤180腹水瘤细胞的影响。实验动物每天向腹腔注射100~200毫克/公斤体重剂量的猪苓提取物。从细胞化学及放射自显影等的研究结果表明:(一)猪苓提取物对于腹水瘤细胞内的3′,5′cAMP磷酸二酯酶活性具有显著抑制效果,腹水瘤细胞的标记指数(进行DNA合成的细胞数)明显降低。(二)观察到猪苓提取物对于腹水瘤细胞的增殖以及3′,5′cAMP磷酸二酯酶的活性具有平行的抑制效果。根据上述实验结果,本文还讨论了猪苓提取物与腹水瘤细胞的3′,5′cAMP磷酸二酯酶的活性以及cAMP水平之间的关系。
This experiment studied the effect of extracts of Polyporus umbellatus on 180 ascites tumor cells of mouse sarcoma. Experimental animals were injected intraperitoneally with 100-200 mg/kg body weight of swine fever extract. The results of cytochemistry and autoradiography showed that: (1) The extract of Polyporus umbellatus has a significant inhibitory effect on 3′,5′-cAMP phosphodiesterase activity in ascites tumor cells, and the labeling index of ascites tumor cells ( The number of DNA synthesized cells was significantly reduced. (B) It was observed that the extract of Polyporus umbellatus has a parallel inhibitory effect on the proliferation of ascites tumor cells and the activity of the 3′,5′ cAMP phosphodiesterase. Based on the above experimental results, the relationship between the 3′,5′ cAMP phosphodiesterase activity and the cAMP level of the ascites tumor cells was also discussed.
