作为教师,最重要的是爱学生。教师要用真诚的爱打动学生,用无私的爱感动学生;在宽严之中,显露真爱;在心灵沟通中,予以尊重,引导学生快乐学习、健康成长、全面发展。在德育工作中,教师不仅要爱聪明、健康、学习好的学生,还要爱反应迟钝、调皮捣蛋、有不良行为习惯的学生,杜绝歧视学生。“植而不修则歪,教而不育则差,育而无方则罔。”在我们的德育工作中,爱要无私!
As a teacher, the most important thing is to love the students.
