用咖啡酸、阿魏酸对DOCA盐高血压大鼠内皮素1 作用的进行了研究。结果表明:(1) 咖啡酸与阿魏酸能使得DOCA盐高血压大鼠的血压明显降低,与未加处置的阳性对照组相比,收缩压值的降低有明显差异;(2) 咖啡酸与阿魏酸能明显抑制DOCA盐高血压大鼠主动脉血管和心脏的组织增生;(3) 咖啡酸与阿魏酸能降低DOCA盐高血压大鼠血浆ET1 浓度,与阳性对照组相比,除咖啡酸100mg/kg 剂量组外,其余剂量组血浆ET1 浓度的降低有显著性意义;(4) 三个剂量组的咖啡酸、阿魏酸可使得DOCA盐高血压大鼠的心脏、肾脏和主动脉血管ET1m RNA 的表达增加;(5) 三个剂量组的咖啡酸、阿魏酸均能抑制DOCA盐高血压大鼠心脏、肾脏和胸主动脉血管cfos、热休克蛋白70(HSP70) 基因的表达。本研究结果提示:咖啡酸与阿魏酸能通过对ET1 的作用而产生对DOCA盐高血压大鼠降压、血管和心脏组织增生、原癌基因表达等生物效应。
