利用不同培肥处理对晋城采煤塌陷区复垦土壤微生物生化作用强度及玉米产量进行研究,结果表明:当每个培肥处理施入等量的氮(N)、磷(P2O5)时,有机肥+化肥+菌肥处理的氨化、纤维素分解作用强度好于其余处理且在复垦第3年达到最高,与有机肥+化肥差异显著;单施有机肥的硝化作用强度最大,与有机肥+化肥+菌肥处理差异不明显;对照的固氮作用强度最大与其余处理差异显著;有机肥+化肥+菌肥的产量高于其余处理,有机肥+化肥次之,除有机肥+化肥+菌肥与有机肥差异显著外,其余差异都不显著;氨化、硝化、纤维素分解作用强度均与产量呈显著正相关,而固氮作用则不显著;总体来看,各处理的氨化、纤维素分解作用强度:有机肥+化肥+菌肥>有机肥+化肥>有机肥>化肥>对照;硝化作用强度:有机肥>有机肥+化肥+菌肥>有机肥+化肥>化肥>对照;固氮作用强度:对照>化肥>有机肥、有机肥+化肥>有机肥+化肥+菌肥。
The effects of different fertilization treatments on the biodegradation intensity and corn yield of reclaimed soils in the subsided area of Jincheng coal mining area were studied.
