Many traditional Chinese medicines have bidirectional regulation. When the balance of the body is imbalanced and the body is in a pathological state, when the yin and yang are partial to partial prosperity, given a certain taste or a certain dose of traditional Chinese medicine, the body can be transformed into a balanced state by the partial prosperity partial failure. It can not only make the partial prosperity state normal, but also make the partial failure state normal. The antagonistic effect of this same prescription is bidirectional regulation. Two-way adjustment is one of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine. At present, it has attracted the attention of some domestic scholars. This article puts forward some superficial views on this aspect, in order to inject ideas into jade. The biphasic regulation of traditional Chinese medicines has many pharmacological effects, but its basic role can be summarized as two types of excitement and inhibition, represented by yin and yang. Where the function of the body can be called excitement (is yang), where the ability to reduce the function of the body is called inhibitory (yin). The role of Yang is warm, hot, make up, rise,
