Colorectal cancer metastasizes to brain parenchyma, which is less than lung cancer breast cancer. This article reports two cases of brain metastases from colorectal cancer that were confirmed by surgery and reviewed the literature. Case 1 is a 63-year-old woman who underwent a colectomy for colon cancer in July 1975 and hernia gait appeared in May of the following year. The examination showed torso movement disorder. Finger nose test and right knee tendon test were positive. The right eye has a small split pupil and is suspected of having Hornet’s syndrome. On the CT, the center of the posterior cranial fossa has an unclear low-absorption area of 4×5 cm in size. Consider the tumor lesions under the sky.
