关于:“适宜体重”的三个公式日本公式:身高厘米数减去100,所得的差乘以0.9为适宜体重。中国公式:身高厘米减去150,所得的差乘以0.6,然后再加上一个系数,北方地区的人加50,南方人只加48为适宜体重。美国公式:身高厘米数减去100即为适宜体重,身高在165厘米以上者则减去105为适宜体重。以上计算结果以公斤为单位,正负差10%可视为适宜体重。
