《家庭医生》报创办于1985年1月。创刊初期,发行量只有4万份。主要在江西省及南昌地区。1987年发行量达24万份,发行面遍布全国2000多个县市。目前又增长到45万多份,已居全国同类报纸发行量的第二位。居江西省报纸发行量的第一位。而且读者中95％以上是自费订阅。为什么在短短几年时间里,《家庭医生》报能以每年10至20万份的速度增长?主要原因在在于千方百计为读者着想,传播实用知识,当好“家庭医生”。 “Family Doctor” newspaper was founded in January 1985.
