目的:应用火焰原子吸收法测定新疆不同地区、不同品种、不同季节桑叶中微量元素锌、铁、铜、锰、钙的含量。方法:对试样用硝酸和高氯酸进行消化,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法进行方法的准确性和精密度考察。结果:标准曲线线性关系良好,平均相对标准偏差小于1.24%,回收率范围在93.6%~103.8%之间,结果令人满意。结论:桑叶的药用价值与其含有丰富的微量元素有一定的相关性,具有较高的开发利用价值。
Objective: To determine the contents of trace elements zinc, iron, copper, manganese and calcium in mulberry leaves of different regions, different varieties and different seasons in Xinjiang by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: The samples were digested with nitric acid and perchloric acid, and the accuracy and precision of the method were investigated by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results: The calibration curve showed a good linearity with an average relative standard deviation of less than 1.24% and a recovery range of 93.6% -103.8%. The results were satisfactory. CONCLUSION: The medicinal value of mulberry leaf has a certain correlation with its rich trace elements, which has a high value of exploitation and utilization.
