日前,中国电信在2014年上半年财报中明确提出企业互联网化转型路线图:在基础业务领域,用互联网思维、方法进行改造升级,快速形成互联网化运营商的差异化优势。所谓互联网思维,就是客户驱动产品且快速迭代,提供免费和增值服务,并以客户体验为先。中国电信《网络运维深化改革实施方案》中提出,“用3年左右时间全面实现由网络运维向网络运营转型”。如何转型?宽带运维如何向宽带运营转型?转型过程中如何运用互联网思维?这是目前所有宽带从业者面临的大课题,而“营维合一”无疑是这一大课题的最佳答案,因为它具有天时、地利、人和的全方位优势。
