目的探讨脑组织大切片的制作在神经病理诊断中的作用。方法收集癫痫病灶切除标本50例进行脑组织大切片制作,并行HE染色、特殊染色及免疫组化染色,进行大切片制片质量及染色质量评价。结果 50例脑组织大切片切片质量与染色质量与常规切片相同,但大切片可观察脑组织的全貌,确定病灶的大小及范围,观察病变组织与周围组织之间的移行与过渡;脑组织大切片特殊染色以及免疫组织化学染色可以显示病变特点,并可与周围组织染色相对比,对于疾病的诊断具有更好的效果。结论脑组织大切片制作可以提升神经病理切片质量,有助于病理医生对病变全貌的观察以提高诊断水平,能为病理诊断、科学研究提供更为全面客观的帮助。
Objective To investigate the effect of making large brain slices on the diagnosis of neuropathology. Methods Fifty cases of epilepsy resected specimens were collected for large sections of brain tissue. HE staining, special staining and immunohistochemical staining were performed to evaluate the quality and quality of the large slices. Results The quality and staining quality of the slices of 50 cases of brain tissue were the same as that of the conventional sections. However, the whole section of the brain slices could be observed and the size and extent of the lesions were observed. The transition and transition between the lesions and the surrounding tissues were observed. Special staining film and immunohistochemical staining can show the characteristics of the lesion, and compared with the surrounding tissue staining, the diagnosis of the disease has a better effect. Conclusion The preparation of large brain tissue slices can improve the quality of neuropathological sections and help the pathologist to observe the complete picture of the lesions so as to improve the diagnosis level and provide more comprehensive and objective help for pathological diagnosis and scientific research.
