Huai’an Experimental Primary School is a hundred-year-old school, rich in cultural heritage, “light burden, high-quality, distinctive ” and renowned society. Six years ago, when I was the school principal, the school already had more than 3,000 students and more than 70 teaching classes. But this still can not meet the strong social needs. In order to allow more children to receive quality education, the school decided to exert pressure and appropriately expand the scale of running a school. However, new problems appeared again.
