英语成绩两极分化一直是令很多英语教师头疼的问题,有些学生英语基础较好,家长、老师又给以适当的指导,学习信心越来越足,成绩就会越来越好;相反,有些学生基础较差,主观上不努力,家长、老师又缺少适当的关心,导致他们产生厌学心理,成绩越来越差。面对着不断加剧的两极分化现象,作为一名英语教师,我认为学生学习的信心应该成为我们攻略的突破点,同时要选择适合学生学习的教学过程和方法。这样才能最大限度的解决学生的现状,成功实施教学。
The polarization of English scores has always been a problem for many English teachers. Some students have a good foundation in English. Parents and teachers also give appropriate guidance. Their confidence in learning is getting more and more full, and their grades will become better and better. On the contrary, some students The foundation is poor, subjectively does not work hard, and parents and teachers lack proper care, causing them to become tired of studies and getting worse. Faced with the ever-increasing polarization, as an English teacher, I believe that student’s confidence in learning should become the breakthrough point of our strategy, and we must choose the teaching process and method suitable for students’ learning. In this way, the current situation of students can be solved to the greatest extent and teaching can be successfully implemented.
