~(169)—枸橼酸是一种亲肿瘤标记化合物,用它作肿瘤的良恶性鉴别诊断已有文献报道。我院用~(169)镱—枸橼酸肺部闪烁照像,对肺部良恶性病变进行鉴别诊断,现将经手术病理或细胞学证实的50例结果分析报道如下:材料与方法临床资料:本组50例中,男性35例;女性15例。年龄29—66岁。其中肺部恶性病变(肺癌)30例,肺部良性病变(炎性假瘤等)20例。制剂:~(169)镱—枸橼酸静脉注射液系北京原子能研究所供给,放射性浓度为8—10毫居里/毫升。~(169)镱(~(169)Yb)是稀土元素,其物理半衰期为32天,衰变方式为电子俘获,主要

Our hospital uses ~(169) indole-citric acid lung scintigraphy to differentiate between benign and malignant lesions of the lung. The results of 50 cases confirmed by pathology or cytology are reported as follows: Materials and Methods Clinical data : Of the 50 cases in this group, 35 were males and 15 were females. Age 29-66 years old. There were 30 lung malignant lesions (lung cancer) and benign pulmonary lesions (inflammatory pseudotumor, etc.). Preparation: ~ (169) Tantalum-citrate intravenous injection of Beijing Institute of Atomic Energy, radioactive concentration of 8-10 millicuries / ml. ~(169) yttrium (~(169)Yb) is a rare earth element with a physical half-life of 32 days. The decay mode is electron capture.
