从中国农业机械总公司和各直属公司的情况看,虽然今年经营好于去年,但在新形势下,经济效益相对下降,经营阵地不断萎缩,形势十分严峻,给组织农机商品流通带来很大困难,并使农机经营企业面临很多忧虑。一是农机经营阵地不断萎缩,自销困难越来越大。1990年总公司和直属公司销售额仅占全国农机公司系统销售额的3.6%。由于总公司在工厂的份额太小,不但工厂的差价、回扣享受不到,而且对工厂的销售来说无足轻重,对工厂、对用户都缺乏吸引力。加上公司近年来没有抓住直接的市场和大用户,以至工厂需要我们搞推销时,我们推销不了;在工厂资金困难需要我们大力吞进时,资金又解决不了。当前,总公司90%以上依靠银行贷款搞经营,利息高,费用大,负担重。因此,资金问题也是制约我们经营的一个重要因素。

In addition, the company has not grasped the direct market and large users in recent years, and even when the factory needs us to engage in sales promotion, we cannot sell it; when the financial difficulties of the factory require us to vigorously swallow it, the funds cannot be solved. At present, more than 90% of the head office relies on bank loans to operate, which has high interest rates, high costs and heavy burdens. Therefore, the funding issue is also an important factor that restricts our operations.
