目的探讨高原红细胞增多症(HAPC)患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)miR-210和caspase-8 mRNA表达的变化。方法采集高原红细胞增多症患者(53例)以及健康个体(46例)的外周静脉血样,以实时荧光定量PCR检测PBMC miR-210和caspase-8 mRNA的表达。结果与对照组比较,HAPC患者PBMC miR-210的表达增高,caspase-8 mRNA的表达降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);HAPC患者PMBCmiR-210和caspase-8mRNA的表达呈负相关(r=-0.792,P<0.01)。结论 HAPC的发生可能与miR-210的表达升高和caspase-8 mRNA的表达降低有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of miR-210 and caspase-8 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in patients with high altitude polycythemia (HAPC). Methods Peripheral venous blood samples were collected from patients with high altitude polycythemia (53 cases) and healthy individuals (46 cases). The expression of miR-210 and caspase-8 mRNA in PBMC were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results Compared with the control group, the expression of miR-210 in PBMC increased and the expression of caspase-8 decreased in HAPC patients (P <0.01). The expression of PMBCmiR-210 and caspase-8 mRNA in HAPC patients was negatively correlated r = -0.792, P <0.01). Conclusion The occurrence of HAPC may be related to the increased expression of miR-210 and the decreased expression of caspase-8 mRNA.
