案情简介:申诉人:刘某被诉人:省某农业公司刘某于1996年8月大学毕业后应聘到台资企业沿海某省某农业公司(以下简称农业公司)工作。因刘某在校期间的实习费用系农业公司提供,同年12月4日,刘某同意与农业公司签订《自愿服务书》,其中第1条规定:“刘某愿意在农业公司服务时间为4年 Case description: Complainant: Liu Respondent: After an agricultural company in the province, Liu, graduated from university in August 1996, he applied for a job in an agricultural company (hereinafter referred to as an agricultural company) in a coastal province of a Taiwan-funded enterprise. Because Liu internship fee during the period of the Department of Agricultural companies, December 4 the same year, Liu agreed to sign a voluntary service book with the agricultural company, of which Article 1 states: "Liu is willing to serve the agricultural company for 4 year
