在模具的冲裁过程中,为了防止退料时凸模或凸凹模从固定板中被拔出,以前传统的固定方法是把凸模设计成带台肩形式(图1)。但是,自从线切割工艺在模具制造中得到广泛应用后,不但可对凹模、卸料板、固定板等复杂的内腔进行加工,而且也可对凸模、凸凹模的工作外形进行加工。由于该工序都是在坯块淬火后进行的,所以凸模的结构由原来的带台肩状改成了直壁状,这就对凸模的固定提出了一个新课题,现将我们在生产实践中的一些体会简介如下:
