根据卫生部与世界卫生组织的协议,我们考察团一行四人于1985年2月1日到3月7日赴日、美两国进行了考察。在日、美两国共参观访问了二十二个单位,其中政府和州的管理部门五个、大学和科研单位六个、职业病防治单位七个、工厂四个。现将两个国家的考察情况介绍如下: 在组织机构与监督管理方面,日、美两国对劳动卫生工作都很重视,机构也比较健全。大型企业均设有专门的机构和专职人员,如产业医生、工业卫生学家(或公共卫生护士、卫生管理员)。小型企业往往是委托附近的医疗保健机构,承担劳动卫生和职业病的防治工作;如日本神奈川县预防医学协会,京都工厂保健会等单位,其主要任务是负责
According to the agreement between the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization, our delegation of four visited Japan and the United States from February 1 to March 7, 1985. In Japan and the United States, the two countries visited a total of 22 units, including five government and state departments, six universities and research institutes, seven occupational disease prevention units and four factories. The inspection results of the two countries are as follows: In respect of organizational structure and supervision and administration, Japan and the United States attach great importance to labor and health work and their institutions are relatively sound.
