1415 睾丸移位抑制生精的实验研究何国宏等河南医学院学报 10(1)1 1984 36只雄兔分成睾丸手术移位、单纯机械损伤和对照3组。睾丸移位实验,不论移位于腹腔、外环口区或大腿内侧皮下,精子均在第5、6周全部消失,复位后都能恢复生精能力,所生仔兔形体正常。移植睾丸组织切片观察,精子细胞、精母细胞剥脱,但精原细胞和间质细胞仍正常。机械性挤压损伤睾丸,产生精子的能力一度消失,但很快即恢复。(童夙明)
1415 Experimental Study on Testis Shift Inhibiting Spermatogenesis HE Guo-hong et al Journal of Henan Medical College 10 (1) 1 1984 36 male rabbits were divided into 3 groups: testis displacement, simple mechanical injury and control group. Testicular shift test, regardless of transposition in the abdominal cavity, the outer ring area or the thigh medial subcutaneous sperm were lost in the first 5, 6 weeks after reset can restore spermatogenic capacity, born rabbit body normal. Transplantation of testicular tissue sections, sperm cells, spermatocytes stripping, but spermatogonia and stromal cells are still normal.
