为探讨 p27~(Kipl)蛋白在胰腺癌组织中表达的意义,用免疫组化 SIP 法测定33例胰腺癌及12例正常胰腺组织石蜡切片中 p27~(KiPl)蛋白表达。结果表明,P27~(Kipl)蛋白在胰腺癌中表达阳性率为45.45%(15/33),与正常胰腺组织的阳性率91.67%(11/12)相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。p27~(Kipl)蛋白表达与组织病理分化程度呈正相关,组织学分化差的胰腺癌组织 p27~(Kipl)蛋白表达越差;而与肿瘤侵袭、淋巴结转移、远处转移无明显关系。结论:p27~(Kipl)蛋白是胰腺癌潜在的诊断指标。
In order to investigate the significance of p27~(Kipl) protein expression in pancreatic cancer tissues, p27 KiPl protein expression was detected in 33 cases of pancreatic cancer and 12 cases of normal pancreatic tissue paraffin sections by immunohistochemical method. The results showed that the positive expression rate of P27 Kip1 protein in pancreatic cancer was 45.45% (15/33), which was significantly higher than that of normal pancreas tissue (91.67%, 11/12) (P<0.05). . There was a positive correlation between p27 Kipl protein expression and histopathological differentiation. The poorly histologically differentiated pancreatic cancer tissues had poor expression of p27 Kip1 protein, but no relationship with tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis. Conclusion: p27~(Kipl) protein is a potential diagnostic marker for pancreatic cancer.
