(一)问题的提出日益增长的运输量要求更大功率的动力。对机车用柴油机而言,将面临的问题是发动机的热负荷、热应力问题,尤其是活塞的热负荷、热应力问题。这是因为无论是对现有机型的高强化还是采用更大缸径的机型,都不可避免地带来活塞热负荷的提高。故对活塞热负荷的影响因素加以分析,并采取降低热负荷的相应措施,是十分必要的。(二)影响活塞热负荷的运行参数影响活塞热负荷的运行参数中主要有:平均有效压力P_(?)·活塞平均速度C_m、燃烧质量以及冷却条件。
