In recent years, with the development of reform, Soviet literary circles began to re-evaluate some past critics and reputed writers. Many banned works have been published and met with readers. The emergence of such a “hot” open-ended writer in the Soviet Union made the study of the classical writers relatively “cold”. In a voice of “reevaluation,” naturally, some people have criticized Mayakovski and developed into a controversy. The first issue is the “Moscow painter” newspaper. It successively published articles such as “About Pens and Bayonets,” “Please Allow Me To Introduce: Mayakovski” and put forward various censures on the poets. For example, the poet’s proposal of “turning a pen into a bayonet” is a recipe for the suppression of Stalin; everything is well written in the poem “Good!”; There is no problem or lack of foresight; and the call in the poem To “weed-eradicate weeds in the fields and eradicate rich peasants” is in response to the Ministry of Internal Affairs
