业余文艺团体作为传播社会公益性文化的有效载体之一,在丰富群众业余文化、娱乐生活方面发挥着积极的作用。由于团队成员多数未文艺活动的业余爱好者,整体文艺水平有限。如何在现有基础上,抓好对业余文艺团体的组织和训练,是笔者积极思考的问题。 Amateur literary and artistic groups, as one of the effective carriers for disseminating social welfare culture, play an active role in enriching the masses’ leisure and entertainment life. Due to the majority of team members who are not amateurs in the arts, the overall literary level is limited. How to do well the organization and training of amateur literary and art groups on the basis of the present is a question that the author thinks positively.
