模拟法庭教学的程序对教学效果起到重要的保障作用,包括庭审程序的演示、学生的分组、案例的选择、角色的分配、训练和举办等各个环节。模拟法庭教学的评价与一般教学的评价不同,对教师教学效果的评价应当由教师自评、学生评价和专家评价三部分组成,对学生学习效果的评价,应当区分不同的角色,综合各种因素进行客观公正的评价。
The procedure of moot court teaching plays an important role in guaranteeing teaching effectiveness. It includes demonstration of hearing procedure, grouping of students, selection of cases, distribution of roles, training and organizing. The evaluation of moot court teaching is different from the evaluation of general teaching.
