神经节甙脂(gangiioside,Gls)系一类分子中含唾液酸残基的酸性糖脂,存在于细胞表面,主要分布于神经组织,肿瘤组织也含Gls,对各种不同类型动物肝癌模型的研究表明,肝癌组织的Gls与正常组织明显不同。最近有报道人及各种品系的肝癌组织中的Gls中的GD3组分明显增多,人肝癌中还出现正常肝缺少的GM2组分。而在再生肝Gls谱与正常肝相似。本文报道从少量血清中提取Gls的方法,并对此肝癌患者与正常人血清Gls高效薄板层析图谱。结果表明,前者血清Gls的GD3组分明显增加,部分患者
Ganglioioside (Gls) is a type of acid glycolipid containing sialic acid residues on the surface of cells. It is mainly distributed in nervous tissues. The tumor tissue also contains Gls. It is used in various types of animal liver cancer models. Studies have shown that Gls in liver cancer tissues are significantly different from normal tissues. Recently, it has been reported that the human GD3 component in Gls in human and various strains of hepatoma tissues is significantly increased, and the lack of normal GM2 components in human liver cancer also occurs. In the regenerative liver Gls spectrum is similar to normal liver. This article reports the method of extracting Gls from a small amount of serum, and the high-performance thin-layer chromatogram of serum Gls in patients with liver cancer and normal human serum. The results showed that the GD3 component of the former serum Gls increased significantly, some patients
