患者男性,74岁,1989年心电图出现房颤。1990年4月因冠心病、急性前壁心肌梗塞住院治疗,当时心电图示急性心肌梗塞和房颤。经治疗急性心肌梗塞痊愈出院,但房颤仍存在。1991年3月因劳累后心悸、胸闷来院,心电图示房颤,再次住院治疗。入院体检:BP120/80mmHg(16/10.8kPa)一般情况好,无发绀及杵状指,
