1 前言 高校体育教学的基本任务之一,是全面发展学生的身体素质,增强学生的体质,使学生在校期间有充沛的精力完成学业,并练就强健的体魄,为祖国建设服务。 身体素质和运动能力在一定程度上可以看作是人体形态结构和机能的综合表现形式。人体运动时所表现的力量、速度、耐力、灵敏、柔韧等机能能力,以及人体各器官的功能状态,是反映一个人体质强弱的标志之一。为此,本文以反映学生速度、耐力,力量的四项身体素质为专题,进行调查与分析,旨在全面了解学生的身体素质现状、特点和变化规律,为进一步贯彻实施《大学生体育合格标准》,探索高校体育改革之路,提供理论依据。
1 Introduction One of the basic tasks of physical education in colleges and universities is to fully develop the physical fitness of students and enhance students’ physique so that students have plenty of energy to complete their studies while in school and train their physique to serve the motherland’s construction. Physical fitness and athletic ability to a certain extent, can be seen as a comprehensive manifestation of the human body structure and function. Human performance when the performance of strength, speed, endurance, sensitivity, flexibility and other functional capabilities, as well as the functional status of various organs of the human body, is to reflect one of the signs of physical fitness. To this end, this article to reflect the students’ speed, endurance, strength of the four physical fitness as a special subject, investigation and analysis, aiming to fully understand the status quo, characteristics and changes in the physical fitness of students, in order to further implement the “College Students Sports Qualification Standards” , To explore the road of college sports reform, to provide a theoretical basis.
