水稻耐冷性是培育广适、多抗性品种的重要性状之一,其不仅影响水稻品种的种植区域,而且对保障世界粮食的安全生产具有重要意义。本论文通过综述近年来水稻耐冷分子遗传研究的主要进展:(1)水稻耐冷QTL的定位概况;(2)主效QTL精细定位、克隆及其分子机理;(3)CBF、MYB转录因子参与的耐冷分子机理调控网络,以期为今后水稻耐冷分子机理研究提供参考。
Cold tolerance in rice is one of the important traits for cultivating broad-tolerant and multi-resistant varieties. It not only affects the planting areas of rice varieties, but also is of great significance for ensuring the safe production of the world’s grain. In this dissertation, the main advances of cold tolerance molecular research in rice in recent years were summarized as follows: (1) Mapping of cold tolerance QTLs in rice; (2) Fine mapping, cloning and molecular mechanism of main QTLs; (3) Involvement of CBF and MYB transcription factors Cold resistant molecular mechanisms regulating network, with a view to future research on molecular mechanism of cold tolerance in rice provide a reference.
