本文结合奥森花园一期工程,施工采用外墙建筑节能与结构一体化技术,施工中采用FS外模板现浇砼复合保温体系,外墙砌筑使用刚骨发泡混凝土自保温砌块与烧结页岩注孔自保温砌块相结合;均是新型建筑节能产品,实现了结构与保温同步施工,有效避免了施工中或施工后火灾的发生,大大缩短了施工工期,降低了施工成本。
In this paper, the first phase of Orson Garden project, the construction of external wall with energy-saving and structural integration technology, the use of FS external formwork in the construction of cast-in-situ concrete composite insulation system, external wall masonry foam concrete self-thermal insulation block and sintering Shale injection hole self-insulation block combination; are new building energy-saving products, to achieve the synchronous construction of the structure and insulation, and effectively prevent the occurrence of the construction or after the fire occurred, greatly reducing the construction period and reduce construction costs.
