(一)在列车超员,客运紧张的情况下,如何做到“旅客至上,服务第一”?我们的体会是,首先要解决“爱业”与“敬业”的问题。“爱业”,对客运职工来说,要热爱旅客运输工作,认识到我们迎来送往四方旅客,是给千家万户带来欢乐,是为实现四化,振兴中华作贡献。有人认为列车的服务工作,既受气又受累,低人一等;不能处理好本职工作与本人理想的关系,更谈不上热爱自己的事业,严重影响了优质服务。
(A) In the train overcrowded, passenger tensions, how to do “travelers first, service first”? Our experience is that we must first solve the problems of “love for occupation” and “dedication.” For the passenger transport workers, “Love Industry” should love the transport of passengers and realize that we welcome the passengers arriving at the Quartet for bringing happiness to thousands of families and making contributions to the realization of the four modernizations and the rejuvenation of China. Some people think that the train service work, both angry and involved, inferior; can not handle their own work and their ideal relationship, let alone love their own careers, seriously affecting the quality of service.
