Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of supratentorial laryngeal carcinoma in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis in patients with N0 (clinicalN0, cN0) and to select a reasonable area for the cleaning. [Methods] Fifty-seven patients with supraglottic laryngeal cancer underwent laparotomy simultaneously with a modified neck dissection. Pathological examination was performed one by one on the sub-regional lymph nodes of the neck dissection to determine the metastatic or recurrent areas. Results 57 cases (6
