党的十一届三中全会以来,我区中小学教学改革不断发展。自1980年秋至今,全区各县(市)共办教改实验班670余班,累计有520名教师、36000名学生参加实验。验收、考查证明,绝大多数实验班成绩显著,效果良好。在进行教改实验的同时,全区其他方面的教学改革工作,也有较大的进展。 综观我区十年多来的教学改革,有如下三个特点: 第一,注重全面提高学生素质。我们不仅在中小学语文、数学两门基础工具学科进行多种多样的教改实验,而且在小学思想品德、劳动技术和中学政治、物理、化学、生物、外语、体育、美术、音乐等学科都进行教改实验,以利贯彻全面发展方针,全面提高教学质量。在各科教改实验中,我们特别注重提高学生的思想、文化、技术素质。例如,兴国县平川中学书记兼校长李传梅带领全校政治教师,打破片面追求升学率思
Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the teaching reform of primary and secondary schools in our district has continued to develop. Since the autumn of 1980, all the counties (cities) in the region have organized more than 670 classes for teaching reform, and 520 teachers and 36,000 students have participated in the experiment. Acceptance and examination prove that the vast majority of experimental classes have achieved outstanding results and have achieved good results. While carrying out reform experiments, other areas of the teaching reform work in the region have also made great progress. Looking at the teaching reform in our district over the past decade, we have the following three characteristics: First, pay attention to improving the quality of students comprehensively. We have not only carried out various educational reform experiments in the primary and secondary school language and mathematics two basic tools disciplines, but also carried out in elementary schools such as ideological and moral character, labor technology, and middle school politics, physics, chemistry, biology, foreign languages, sports, fine arts, and music. Teaching reform experiments to facilitate the implementation of a comprehensive development policy and improve teaching quality in an all-round way. In various science education reform experiments, we pay special attention to improving students’ ideology, culture, and technical quality. For example, Li Chuanmei, Secretary and Headmaster of Pingchuan Middle School in Xingguo County, led the school’s political teachers and broke the one-sided pursuit of further studies.
