苍术起霜是指苍术经清炒放置后外表面覆盖的一层白霉样结晶。笔者认为这现象与其所含挥发油量有关。对此采用同批对照,留样观察,每半年测定一次炮制品含油量(留样观察室相对湿度85%,温更25±1℃)。观察结果表明。 1.清炒苍术挥发油散失一般为15%左右,保存期每半年散失约为含油量的2%左右。 2.当清炒苍术挥发油达5.9%时起霜现象已达临界状态,少于5.9%则不起霜。可见,清炒苍术起霜主
Atractylodes lucidum is a layer of white mold-like crystals covered by the outer surface of the herb after it has been fried and placed. I believe this phenomenon is related to the amount of volatile oil it contains. In this regard, the same lot of control was used. Samples were left for observation and the oil content of the processed products was measured every six months (the relative humidity of the sample room was 85% and the temperature was 25±1°C). The observation shows that. 1. The volatility of volatile oil in fried herb is about 15%, and the loss of shelf life is about 2% of oil content every six months. 2.
