2008年以来,宝运汽车运输(集团)有限公司在危险道路上着力推行“公车公营”。目前“公车公营”车辆已占危险道路运输车辆的80%左右。从这些班线运行情况来看,不仅收到了明显的经营效益,同时还取得了无一人死亡事故的安全业绩重特大道路交通事故(以下简称“重特大事故”)严重危害旅客生命安全、社会稳定及企业的社会形象和经济效益,深入研究和分析重特大事故的特征和产生原因,对于有效地开展预防工作有着十分重要的现实意义。笔者通过对宝鸡市及其毗邻地区班线14起重特大事故(见附表)的梳理和分析,提出了重特大事故的特征和预防措施。
Since 2008, Bao-Yun Motor Transport (Group) Co., Ltd. focus on the implementation of dangerous roads “public bus ”. Judging from the operation of these classes of lines, not only the obvious operational benefits have been received, but also the safety performance of no one fatal accident has been achieved. Traffic accidents of serious overhangs (hereinafter referred to as “serious accidents”) seriously endanger the safety of passengers, Social stability and the social image and economic benefits of enterprises. Studying and analyzing the characteristics and causes of major accidents in an in-depth manner has very important practical significance for effective prevention work. Through the combing and analysis of the extraordinary accidents caused by the line 14 in Baoji City and its adjacent areas (see attached table), the author puts forward the features and preventive measures for major accidents.
