本文采用“少先队是什么”测验,探究少先队大队辅导员的职业认知水平,通过分析两者之间的关系,揭示少先队大队辅导员的职业角色定位与角色认知之间的关系,该结果有助于指导现阶段我国少先队大队辅导员的培训与选拔。
In this paper, we use the test of “Young Pioneers” to explore the professional cognition level of Young Pioneer Brigade counselors. By analyzing the relationship between them, we can reveal the relationship between the professional role positioning and role cognition of Young Brigade Brigade counselors. The results will help guide the current Young Pioneers brigade counselors training and selection.
