本文从理论上对炉气的氧势和碳势进行了分析和推导。对ZrO_2固体氧浓差电池的原理作了详介。通过对以上问题的分析讨论得出:不管碳势是用CO_2、氧探头电势或氧势来控制,碳势皆与CO量有关;要精确控制碳势,CO量应为定值。当炉气有水煤气反应和CH_4存在时,碳势的影响因素还会更多。同时提出:为了提高碳势控制精度必须提高仪表的测量精度。
In this paper, the oxygen and carbon potential of furnace gas are theoretically analyzed and deduced. The principle of ZrO_2 solid oxygen concentration cell is described in detail. Through the analysis and discussion of the above problems, it is concluded that the carbon potential is related to the amount of CO, regardless of whether the carbon potential is controlled by CO 2, oxygen probe potential or oxygen potential. To accurately control the carbon potential, the CO amount should be a fixed value. When the furnace gas water gas reaction and the presence of CH_4, carbon potential impact factors will be more.
